Livestock DOA Policy
We DO NOT offer DOA (Dead On Arrival) replacement on any livestock sent overnight by courier.
DOA replacement/credit may be offered on livestock sent airport to airport.
We cannot be held responsible for any packages damaged or delayed by any courier, this is out of our control.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened or used. Before opening and using any product, please check the packaging to ensure you have received the correct product. If the packaging and it’s contents are still in a new and saleable condition, you may return them to us with 7 days for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs – Livestock
Our rates are standardised per state to provide you with the most simple, seamless and positive experience when purchasing online. There are many variables with shipping a combination of items via land or air, so this makes the process easy.
Remember, the more you order, the more bang for buck you get on your shipping rate!

Please note: Tasmanian and Western Australian customers will receive an additional fee for livestock up to 30 days after delivery. This is a mandatory quarantine charge via the government and that is in no way associated with us.
Shipping Costs – Dry Goods
To minimise & reduce costs, we offer fixed $10 shipping costs, for dry goods in Australia regardless of the quantity. This offer excludes bulky items. With livestock, we do our best to keep prices low.
Delivery Time Frames
We use a range of courier services depending on your location. Delivery times are generally the same day or next day for livestock. In most situations, orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours with the exceptions of custom, personalised and pre-order items.
Bulky Items
Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products will be marked as bulky on their sales page. This generally only includes aquariums and buckets of salt.
PO Boxes
Our couriers cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties – this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.
Delivery Tracking
All orders placed online will be delivered with trackable information???????????????. Once your order has been dispatched simply use the tracking ID on the chosen courier page or view our Order Tracking page.
